1. Individual Sessions

• Cancellations 24+ hours before the session: Full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

• Cancellations within 24 hours: No refund, but rescheduling may be allowed based on availability.

2. Team or Group Bookings

• Cancellations 48+ hours before the session: Full refund or reschedule at no cost.

• Cancellations within 48 hours: A 50% cancellation fee will apply due to time and resource commitments.

3. No-Show Policy

• Clients or teams who do not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.

4. Emergencies

• In case of emergencies (e.g., illness, weather issues), cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
